L\u2019initiative a connu un succ\u00e8s remarquable en s\u2019attaquant aux obstacles au d\u00e9pistage, notamment l\u2019acc\u00e8s structurel, les consid\u00e9rations culturelles et religieuses et les d\u00e9fis socio\u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>Principales r\u00e9alisations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une augmentation de 12% des taux de d\u00e9pistage dans les communaut\u00e9s cibles.<\/li>\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration 24% dans le quartier le moins surveill\u00e9 de la province.<\/li>\n<li>Une am\u00e9lioration globale de la sant\u00e9 de la population 3% dans l&#039;OHT du Centre-Ouest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab Cette r\u00e9alisation met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019impact incroyable de la collaboration et de l\u2019engagement commun pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 dans nos communaut\u00e9s \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Rishika Thakur Malhi, chef de direction de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Sant\u00e9 du Centre-Ouest de l\u2019Ontario. \u00ab En travaillant main dans la main avec WellFort Community Health Services et Rexdale CHC, l\u2019\u00e9quipe Sant\u00e9 du Centre-Ouest a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter l\u2019esprit de collaboration et l\u2019innovation qui non seulement \u00e9liminent les obstacles au d\u00e9pistage du cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus, mais renforcent \u00e9galement la confiance et garantissent des soins adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture.
